The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Town P.S. Case No.23 of 2020, registered under Sections 25(1-b)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The informant apprehended three persons going on motorcycle. One loaded pistol was recovered from Harish. From possession of the petitioner, Mosin @ Mohsin @ Hero, one live cartridge was recovered and from possession of Md. Wasim, one knife was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of one live cartridge, the petitioner is in jail since 13.01.2020. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than 11⁄2 months for recovery of one live cartridge.

No.11004 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Mosin @ Mohsin @ Hero is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No.23 of 2020.
