The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 117, 144, 152, 341, 323, 332, 353, 431, 504, 506/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the mob of 200 villagers blocked NH76 after putting a dead body on the road when the police went to pacify the matter then the mob attacked the police force. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is against mob. A statement has been made in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17571 of 2015 (2) dt.15-05-2015 2/2 paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.8104 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.120 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
