Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379,511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended while attempting to flee away alongwith motorcycle of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2017. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.
