Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barauily P.S. Case No. 219 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 9796 of 2017, which was rejected vide order 22.06.2017 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the deceased sustained burn injury

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14295 of 2019(4) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 in an accident while cooking and ultimate died. Petitioners never demanded any dowry nor tortured the victim ever. Petitioners have renewed their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail without there being any fresh ground. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The same is, therefore, rejected.

However, in case petitioners surrender in the Court below and file application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of on the same day.
