SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with a case initially registered for the offence under Sections 364 of the Penal Code but after the dead body was recovered from the well Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Penal Code have also been added. She is named in the First Information Report along with her father as it is said that deceased spoke to her on the mobile of another girl just before leaving his house to watch cinema in a Barat Party.

Be that as it may, petitioner being a girl, her father has already been released on bail, let petitioner, above named, also surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.5,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17277 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Thawe P.S.
