Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366(A),34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that though the petitioner had abducted with intent to marry against her will, however, on the way, they left her on alarm. She disclosed that there is land dispute between two families and for that reason kidnapping was done.

Considering the background of nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.14523 of 2018 (2) dt.14-03-2018 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhepur Police Station Case No.38 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
