The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 21.07.2018 at about 3.30 P.M. the informant Gufran was engaged in digging of the plinth to construct the house. In the mean time, four persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, variously armed with weapon came to the informant and started to abuse him. On the order of petitioner No.1 Gul Mohammad, Abdul Manan started assaulting to the informant and Abdul Manan also gave knife

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13778 of 2019(4) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 blow to Md. Imran, brother of the informant and petitioner No.2 Nasinul Haque gave iron rod blow at Md. Suleman, father of the informant. At that time, Fatima Khattoon took Rs. 20,000/- and snatched golden chain from the neck of informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that occurrence took place due to petty dispute in which petitioners' side also sustained injury regarding which Barauli P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018, under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 was instituted on 26.07.2018 on the basis of fardbeyan of petitioner No.2. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S.
