JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014 registered under sections 498-A, 313 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the informant. It appears from perusal of annexure-2 to this petition that husband of the informant has already been granted the privilege of regular bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18415 of 2015 (3) dt.29-06-2015 as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
