The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story, in brief, is that when the elder son of the informant came to save him, the petitioner along with others assaulted him, which caused injury to him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2017. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties. The nature of injury is simple.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., UdaKishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017.
