Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner was member of the unlawful assembly. Manoj Mandal one of the members fired at Akhilesh Mandal causing injury and death.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2017. Investigation is already complete. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Only false implication is there.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
