Though the writ application is dismissed, but if the petitioner files an application for deputation of a Welfare Inspector for the said enquiry, the same will be considered in accordance with the said circular and objective behind the said circular within a reasonable time frame preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
