1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 489 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 66 E of the I.T. Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as it has been alleged by the informant that one Vikash Kumar had taken photographs of her daughter while she was bathing and thereafter started forcing her to establish physical relation under the threat that if she will not concede to his demand, in that event he will make her video viral, thereafter, he also established physical relations with the

No.19636 of 2024(2) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 daughter of the informant and thereafter started forcing her to establish physical relations with other boys and when she denied, the video was made viral on the Facebook. It is also alleged that this petitioner who is friend of Vikash and is also a Facebook friend also made the video viral subsequently.

4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
