The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was burnt to death within two months of her marriage. Submission is that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The husband has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37722 of 2014 on the ground that many of the witnesses have disclosed that the deceased caught fire while cooking food and the informant was informed by the husband of the deceased about the incident.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.6462 of 2015 (2) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 petitioner is mother-in-law and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner whereas the husband has already been granted bail, the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
