The petitioners are in custody in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 310 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 is the mother whereas petitioners No. 2 to 4 are brother and petitioner No.5 is brother-in-law of the main accused Guddu Sah. Referring to the affidavit of the

No.13085 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 victim and marriage certificate learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Guddu Sah and victim have joined wedlock in Arya Samaj Mandir, both of them are major and as such the present petitioners deserve for bail. Considering the fact that adult persons have joined wedlock on their own sweet Will and the certificate of marriage and other materials on record, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let, the petitioners named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Learned A.C.J.M., 1st Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro, P.S.
