Case No. 73 of 2013 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 341,342,323,452,354,509, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The Opposite party No.2 has been granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 27.08.2013 passed in the aforesaid case by the learned Sessions Judge, Madhepura.

3. The petitioner is the wife of Opposite party No.2.

4. On perusal of the petition for cancellation of bail, I find that no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.

5. This application for cancellation of bail is, accordingly,

dismissed.
