Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 473 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections- 193, 204, 468, 471, 120B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is serving the Police Department for the last twenty four years without any bad remark. Only on a petition of the seizure list witness that he exerted pressure for not supporting the case, he has been made accused. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
