There is specific allegation of giving dagger blow against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Danapur P.S. case no. 146/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur District Patna stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
