====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhanaur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that daughter of the informant has been kidnapped by this petitioner. The victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. which has been enclosed as Annexure-2 wherein she has stated that she had voluntarily gone to Delhi with this petitioner. She has performed marriage with him in Videshwar Mandir Bhairavsthan. In the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. she has stated her age as 22 years. The court has assessed her age to be 18 years.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jhanjharpur, Distt. Madhubani, in connection with Lakhanaur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
