In the instant writ petition, petitioner has prayed to set aside the notice dated 03.03.2024 issued by the Learned Additional Collector, Gopalganj in the Jambandi cancellation case no. 590/2023-24 in the matter of The Bihar Government through the Circle Officer, Manjha Versus Jiut Ahir and Ramji Prasad Yadav on the grounds stated in the petition and for direction to the respondent no.5 to dispose of the case. i.e. Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 590/2023-24.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file the appropriate petition before the authority in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 590 of 2023-24 for early disposal of the said case.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.

6. The Additional Collector, Gopalganj/the concerned Authority is directed to dispose of the Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 590 of 2023-24 expeditiously in accordance with law. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) utkarsh/- U
