By order dated 15.03.2018, a report was called for from the trial court regarding present stage of trial and time likely to be consumed in concluding the trial. The report of the trial court has been received in which it has been stated that out of 15 witnesses, 7 witnesses have already been examined and rest of the witnesses are being examined on day to day basis and the trial is likely to be concluded by July-2018.
At this stage I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, hence the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15024 of 2018(3) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 In view of the above, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner by July-2018. Subject to the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
