JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-04-2019 Writ petition has been filed for payment of due and admissible amount of provident fund of the petitioner along with statutory interest.

From petitioner's reply to the counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 8, it is evident that authority letter has been issued by respondent no.8 i.e. District Provident Fund Officer, Sitamarhi on 21.8.2018 for a sum of Rs 4,67,393/-.

The said amount is as per the petitioner 's submission

Patna High Court CWJC No.3654 of 2016(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 has been arrived at by treating the petitioner to have been dismissed on 16.11.2002 which as per the petitioner's case is incorrect. Petitioner in reply has stated his date of dismissal to be 06.07.2004. It is statement of the petitioner that in respect of other dues which still remain unpaid. Petitioner has submitted his representation on 03.10.2018 before the Additional Chief Medical Officer, Sitamarhi.

In view of said submissions, writ petition is disposed of.

Additional Chief Medical Officer, Sitamarhi (respondent no.6) should examine the said representation and if any dues are found admissible to the petitioner the same should be paid expeditiously and without any delay.
