The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired on Ram Sajan by way of pistol.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that no fire-arm injury has been sustained by the said injured person. He further submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 19.10.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
