Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State, Shri Chandra Bhushan Prasad. 2.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and for the same offence, two cases have been instituted, i.e., the instant complaint case and prior to this an FIR being Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 564 of 2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that

No.14167 of 2025(3) dt.15-05-2025 2/3 petitioner sought anticipatory bail in Agamkuan PS Case No. 564 of 2020 by filing ABP No. 1051 of 2021 and the same was allowed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Patna City, vide an order dated 11-2-2021. It is next submitted that after the aforesaid FIR was instituted, the instant complaint case also came to be instituted in which cognizance had been taken and thus petitioner apprehends arrest.

It is further submitted that in sum and substance, the allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner, is that she along with other accused persons dishonestly misappropriated money of cooperative society during her tenure.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the order dated 11-2-2021 in ABP No. 1051 of 2021, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
