The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant Gulesha Khatoon was married to Md. Idrish five years prior to the occurrence. On 12.11.2014, when she was pregnant, sleeping with her children, the accused persons including the petitioner pierced dagger on her head. It is alleged that mother-in-law and gotani of the victim committed murder.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that victim died due to accidental injury. Considering the nature of accusation is specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8520 of 2016 (2) dt.22-02-2016 against petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 791 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
