JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S.Case No. 03 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she along with other accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim girl stated that she had gone to her on sweet will and married with Ramesh Chaudhary and she has a child of three months and she also disclosed her age is 19 years.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11868 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-4th, Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
