2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 341 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, two country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2025. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the parties and taking into account the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Gopalganj, in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 341 of 2025.
