The petitioner is accused in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered under Sections 454, 380, 511 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner and one Samir Kumar were apprehended, who tried to commit theft in the State Bank of India, Samastipur. On search, petitioner was found in possession of one mobile and one blade whereas Samir Kumar was found in possession of one blade and cash of Rs.7,500/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. .
