1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application as the petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 25461 of 2023 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 20.07.2023 but then from perusal of the pleadings made in the instant anticipatory bail application, it manifests that at para 2, it has been specifically pleaded that petitioner had not moved earlier before this Court or before the Hon'ble Supreme Court either for grant of anticipatory or regular bail earlier nor any bail application is pending either

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12171 of 2025(2) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court or before this Court or the learned court below.

4. It manifests that petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail application by concealing the fact that earlier also he had moved before this Hon'ble Court seeking anticipatory bail, as such, the petitioner has not approached the Court with clean hands.

5. Hence, the anticipatory bail application is rejected in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/Successor Court.
