The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 452/354/448 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into the house of the informant and attempted to drag the daughter of the informant with some illicit purpose.
Submission is that the victim is sales officer and the petitioner is his reporting officer. Due to some irregularity in the work, the petitioner had some grievance against the victim. Hence, the false case has been lodged.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17479 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.16 of 2018, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
