Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned Senior Counsel has appeared on behalf of opposite party No. 7, Mr. Sanjay Singh, learned Senior Counsel for opposite party No. 9 and Mr. Vijay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for opposite party No. 10. It has been submitted on behalf of the said opposite parties No. 7, 9 and 10 that instead of complying with this Court's order dated 23.12.2020, passed in Cr.W.J.C. No.

375 of 2020, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Government of Bihar has got registered another criminal case though it does not have such jurisdiction and in the said criminal case certain orders have been passed by court below at different stages affecting the interest of the said opposite parties. In the present contempt proceeding, I am not inclined to enter into such issues as are being raised on behalf of opposite parties No. 7, 9 and 10. It goes without saying that the said opposite parties are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum either for redressal of their grievances or questioning the action/ order passed by an appropriate authority/ court, if permissible, in accordance with law.

This contempt proceeding stands dropped since, in

Patna High Court MJC No.850 of 2021(17) dt.09-11-2022 3/3 terms of the said order dated 23.12.2020, passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 375 of 2020, an F.I.R. has been registered as Nadriganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021.
