ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S.Case no.

115/2014 registered under Sections 147,148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, case diary was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the allegation against petitioners is of assaulting the informant repeatedly, the injury caused on the person of the informant is simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18295 of 2015 (6) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the State, after perusal of the case diary, submits that the injury is simple in nature with only one cut wound and another is a lacerated wound.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and the fact that there are litigations between the parties and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Chamapran, in Madhuban P.S.Case No. 115/2014, G.R.Case No. 945 of 2014, subject to the conditions, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
