The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No.118 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned for the petitioners has placed reliance upon an order dated 03.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23005 of 2021 by a coordinate Bench of this Court by which similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 03.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23005 of 2021, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13496 of 2022(3) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 application for anticipatory bail is also allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No.118 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
