2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of mandamus, directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to implement the order dated 07.09.2012 passed in Registration Case No. 03 of 201213 by the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Bettiah Sadar, West Champaran, whereby the Anchaladhikari, Chanpatia was directed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16615 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 to get the disputed land under khata no. 81 khesara no. 2619 area 1 katha Mauza-Parsa within Chanpatia Anchal, District- West Champaran, measured/demarcated on the basis of boundaries given in sale-deeds of both the parties after receiving measurement-cost from the petitioner, and then parties be put in possession thereof in accordance with law.

3. The petitioner has come up with simple prayer, to get his land measured/demarcated for which he is ready to deposit requisite fee.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent nos. 2 and 3, namely the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Bettiah, West Champaran as also the Circle Officer, Chanpatia, West Champaran in next four weeks alongwith requisite fee who shall be taking up the matter and after noticing the parties, will take up the matter to its logical conclusion.

6. Needless to add, if the exercise has already been undertaken in the presence of the petitioner/contesting
