Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.87 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.

It has come during investigation that the deceased has committed suicide and while dousing fire of the deceased, her husband suffered burn injury.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23206 of 2021(3) dt.17-01-2022 2/2 against the petitioner, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.87 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
