Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Baghaila P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014 registered under sections 342, 436, 326,307/34,302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made specific allegation against the petitioner and his wife that they set fire the hut in which the informant was sleeping. The informant got burn injury and died during the course of treatment.

It is submitted that the informant had no issue and all the allegations are false and concocted, but from perusal of the case diary it appears that the informant died on account of burn injury. His son has also made statement in paragraph 26 of the case diary that his father died due to burn injury. Considering the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14954 of 2015 (3) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The same is rejected.
