This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No.14 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 377, 307, 504, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assault to the informant and further allegation is that the coaccused persons assaulted him by iron rod and also pushed it in the private part of the injured.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the injury report does not show that the injuries have been caused by the hard and blunt substance rather the injuries are burn injuries,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22543 of 2017 (2) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 caused by the accused persons. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the petitioner may renew their prayer for bail after framing of the charge in this case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
