Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

As per prosecution case, 741.6 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from pickup van.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the pickup van in question and has been made accused on the basis of suspicion.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got one criminal
