Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Even the FIR named accused is under suspicion to have committed murder of the sister of the informant, for land dispute. Considering the nature of allegation and nature of material, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18680 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 connection with Harsidhi Police Station Case No. 361 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
