This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 201/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. His name has surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused. The co-accused has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26259 of 2016, vide Annexure 2. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 507 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, or successor Court.
