JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 In the instant application preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.08.2017 passed in Title Suit No.131 of 1997 by the learned Munsif, Bettiah, West Champaran whereby intervention application dated 21.07.2014 filed by the respondent no.4 had been allowed.

At the outset, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing the present application on 28.03.2019, the suit itself has been finally decided.
