2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ujiyarpur PS Case No. 348 of 2022 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the informant alleged that on the fateful day, eight persons entered into his jewellary shop and they have forcibly obtained the keys of his locker and taken away gold silver and cash.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing has been

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated coaccused persons namely, Ajeet Kumar @ Ajit Kumar has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 80309 of 2023 dated 20.12.2023. He is in judicial custody since 23.03.2023.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur PS Case No. 348 of 2022.
