JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P.S. Case No. 225 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-25(i-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act of the Indian Penal Code.
As per written report, 70 live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24-10-2016. Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24-10-2016, prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ballia P.S.
