The petitioner seeks bail in Jadia P.S. Case No.13 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 448, 452, 380, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner and alleged that when he came near the disputed road, Sanjay Yadav assaulted him with farsa on his head. Arvind Yadav and Binod Yadav(the petitioner) assaulted with iron rod on his hand. Other accused persons also assaulted.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a counter version being Jadia P.S. Case No.16 of 2019. The informant and others got simple injury. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on his hand and for that the petitioner is in jail since 16.11.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10726 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Petitioner has already remained in jail for about 3 1⁄2 months. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for about 3 1⁄2 months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Ist, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.13 of 2019.
