2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023 instituted under Section 380 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, two mobiles and Rs. 30,000/- along with some documents like Aadhar and PAN Card have been stolen away from the house of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Nand Kumar. No recovery of any kind has been made from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate- Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
