This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of the petitioner before the police. The petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2016 and accused in two more cases.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances specially the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Lallan Kumar, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, or successor Court.
