This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider this petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground. Perusal of the writ application would show that the petitioner is claiming compassionate appointment after death of his grand-father who died on 18.02.2004 while working on the post of Dafadar.

To this Court, there is no iota of doubt that filing

Patna High Court CWJC No.3729 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 of this writ application after 19 years that too on the ground of the employment of the grand-father of the petitioner is in the nature of a frivolous application.

This writ application is dismissed.
