By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondents no.2 and 3 to immediately arrest the private respondents no.4 to 7, who have been made accused in Bettiah (Mufasil) P.S. Case No.465 of 2014 registered, inter alia, under Section 364 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code with a further direction to the respondents to

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.333 of 2015 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 investigate the case properly.

At the outset, It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. He seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Leave is granted.
