The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 420, 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is running a clinic and prescribing medicines although the petitioner is not a qualified doctor. He is simply a registered Rural Medical Practitioner. It is submitted that there is no evidence to show that the petitioner was prescribing any medicine to the patients. He is simply a dresser.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14939 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Partibha, J.M. 1st Class, Ara in Sandesh P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
