Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 307, 302, 328, 120(B), 504, 506, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR relates to the occurrence of kidnapping and murder of Pappu Kumar, the son of the complainant. The occurrence allegedly took place on 16.05.2017 and the complaint petition was filed on 28.06.2017. The suspicion is against other named persons who had threatened to kill. However, petitioners are also named. There is general and omnibus allegation on suspicion.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19508 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajepur Police Station Case No.109 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
