2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, according to Clause XII of the Vikash Mitra Chayan Margdarshika, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the District Magistrate/Mission Director, Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission (respondent No. 2) for redressal

3. Learned counsel for the State and Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission jointly submit that the appropriate remedy for the petitioner lies before the said authority, as provided under Clause XII of the Vikash Mitra Chayan Margdarshika.
